I’m Judi, a clinical social worker licensed in Florida and New York, now embracing life as a “resident of Earth.” In 2020, I meticulously planned a road trip to visit all 50 states and 63 National Parks. Then 2020 decided to 2020, and I barely crossed the county line. Now, my journey is all about spontaneity—exploring the world, living fully, and leaving behind fixed timelines and itineraries. Through my work, books, videos, and talks, I encourage others to prioritize self-care and engage in life-affirming activities. On this journey, I’m walking the walk—showing the importance of living fully, creating opportunities, and embracing life’s experiences instead of waiting for “the right time.” I often say, “Stop saving life for later”—this is me, living that advice. As I share my experiences through pictures and videos, I hope to show that yes, Haitians and Black people in general have these experiences too. My hope is to inspire others to set out on their own journeys. No set destination, no end date—just one country after another. I’m excited to see where this journey leads. And I’ll be back when I’m back.
